Yang Yang received B.S. degrees both in chemistry and in physics from Peking University in 2011. He is a graduate student pursuing his Ph.D. in chemistry at Duke University. He is affiliated with the theory group guided by Professor Weitao Yang. He mainly works on the method development on particle-particle random phase approximation to study excitation problems.
